City Clerk's Office
Welcome to the City Clerk's page.

Among many responsibilities, the City Clerk's Office is in charge of collecting taxes; preparing and distributing the agendas for the Mayor/Board of Aldermen meetings; recording the minutes of the meetings; attesting and notarizing City documents; processing agreements and legal notices; recording official documents; maintaining City records; and responding to public requests for information in a timely manner. The City Clerk administers municipal elections and is the custodian of the City seal.
